Mini Lathe Machine
A lathe rotates a workpiece around an axis while a cutting tool is applied to it. The lathe is used for cutting, sanding, knurling, drilling, facing, and turning. The result is a part with rotational symmetry around that axis.
This mini lathe is sized for the classroom: small enough to fit on a bench, limited to soft materials, but with the same basic operations a student would find on a full-size machine.
